Question about 2000 Dodge Dakota Quad Cab
Definitely....It is located in the fuel tank. You need to replace the whole fuel pump.
Are you sure this is the problem?
Most times they are just leaks in the system.
My 2000 dodge has code 138 and 455 which pertain to evap leaks and possibly the Oxygen Sensor.

I do not believe it has an external one. So you cant replace it.
