Probably one of your heater hoses, which flows coolant to the heater core in the dashboard, is leaking back there at the firewall.

pump air into cooling system via radiator with Stant Kit and do not exceed 17 lbs and wait for the leak to spray out of its tiny hole.... autozone should have kit you can use for free if you leave security deposit

SOURCE: leaking water at firewall
After you shut a car off , the ice on the a/c condenser melts off , drips into a pan , and drains out on the road. If the drain in the pan plugs , it could drip into the car. Just a thought.
