The fuse box is under the dashboard just to the left of the brake pedal. The relay center is located under the hood next to the battery.

1998 Dodge Dakota blinkers stop working changed flasher now brake lights, blinkers, and hazard lights will not work.

Follow the flasher wiring to fuse box and locate the fusible link. Looks just like the wire but softer exterior and it's a fuse able wire that can break down. Should be along the driver fender under hood.

Blinker on 1998 dodge Dakota don't work but flashers do replaced blinker switch

Most likely this is the result of a faulty turn signal flasher relay. This is located in the fuse box at the end of the dash. Also, be sure and test all your fuses with a test light or volt meter.

Radiator fans not working 1998 dodge caravan

First thing I would check is the fuse or the fan relay, located in the power distribution box under the hood. If that's not the problem, then I would find the coolant temperature sensor, unplug it with the key on and the fans should run.

Try replacing the fuse, on the 2004's the number 14 fuse supplies the sunroof and cluster (gauges), etc. Not sure if the number 14 fuse supplies the same things on your 2000 dodge but worth a try. If you have a manual it will tell you. This will more than likely be your problem if not let me know. To locate the #14 cavity remove the cover to the fuse box and look on the underside of the cover to find the location.

Fuse box

it is under the hood. On the drivers side, you have to remove two screws to access the fuses.

Most likely it is a blown fuse, check

This is also casued by a defective clock spring - this is a common fault and is a recall for all caravans, go to your local dodge dealer and they will replace it free of charge.
