Question about Chevrolet 3500
I have a couple of diagrams that I could not sent you because this site only allows images of 150k or less. Please provide an email address to send them to. And I also have a question, your vehicle is a 04 chevy 2500HD with a 6.6 L engine??
Basically all the back up lights work the same, when the shift selector is put in reverse, back up switch sends the signal to the back up lights. So all the back up wiring diagrams are similar.

The right location of the Back-Up Light sensor is refer directly at the year and model of the vehicle; send us details about your year and modet to look it.
If you changed the fuses and bulbs and still nothing, its the reverse switch thats on the tranny. First try it screws in on right side of tramission and you will need a 7/8 inch deep socket to remove it. You may be able to clean the old one once it is removed. There is a little ball thatgets dirty and may you can get by with cleaning it.
Keep in touch.
