Check seat wiring connectors under seat, connection to motors that operate seat and seat switches, I think it's a bad switch due to wear and dust/dirt

Cigarette lighter for 92 mercury grand marquis dose not work can not find fuse box

Theres a Black fuse box under the hood , on drivers side, that has fuses as well as the one inside under the dash. There will be a fuse diagram on the cover. It will more than likely be a 20 amp fuse. if no diagram you can purchase a fuse tester at your local parts store. some even cone with fuses. check the type of fuses it takes first and buy the assortment package they come with a tester. Believe it or no I use the fuses that actually light up when they blow. Makes it a hell of a lot easier to find which ones blown.

I am looking for the location of a fuse box on 2000 Mercury Grand Marquis. Where is it located?

There are 2 fuse blocks in a 2000 Grand marquis, One is under the dashboard on the drivers side. There is a panel that you have to remove that is just below the steering column. The other is under the hood on the Passenger side of the car, pretty close to the Coolant overflow reservoir. The functions of all those fuses are in a diagram located in your service manual. If you need a picture, let me know, i have an 01 grand marquis and have had to replace fuses in both blocks. Hope this helps.

Where can I find a fuse box diagram for my 1985 grand marquis. my blinkers stopped flashing. they work but do not flash

Your fuse box should have a big round thing plugged into it called a flasher. Little bigger than a quarter. Simply unplug it and replace it
