Do a new/rebuilt one and make sure you never over fill. the rack should be OK, pumps usually go first, might want to do the lower hose too.

Where is power steering resivoir

That reservoir is the power steering pump itself. You'll see the power steering pump, driven by the belt that runs the fan, and it has a pully driven by the belt and there is a twist cap on top of this tank. That's where you put in power steering fluid.Just remove that cap and fill it with fluid.

Sounds like the bearing on the pulley that runs the Power Steering pump is shot. Have it serviced.

Power steering and brakes hard

Look and if you have the hydroboost system on your vehicle..If so the power steering pump control the brake assit and the power steering..Then if you have that system,, check the power steering fluid level ..If its not low then you might have a bad powersteering pump..The hydroboost is located right behind the master cylinder..It has hoses coming off of it and circles back around to the pump..

I need to know where the bleed nipple is for a Peugeot 307 estate power steering fluid is. Sorry it says 504 but was no 307 option

hi.

i have never heard of a bleed nipple on power steering.

you just turn the wheele from full right lock to full left lock and back a few times and the system bleed itself.

if there is still a problem after doing this, then it suggests a fault in the compressor, or the rack itself.

The steering is getting really hard to steer..

first pop ur hood
then look towards the back of the motor of your car
u will see a big cylinder shaped booster with a resivoir coming out of it.
this is your brake booster and master cylinder these fluid levels mean nothing as far as your problem is concerned.
keep looking and you will find another small resivoir with a cap on it.
this is your power steering fluid.
take the cap off and check to see how full it is.
you most likely have a leak in either a power steering line or your power steering pump is faulty and leaking. this will cause hard steering if youre fluid levels are insufficient.
hope this helps you with your problem.

Where is the power steering fluid in a 2005 buick rendezvous

Depending on which pump they used ,if it is the pumpwith resivoir it would be on the belt side in the front .The cap will be a plain black cap.If it is the pump with an external resivoir it would be either on the firewall or mounted on the fender .It should have a black cap with power steering or power steering fluid written on it.I hope that helps a little bit.

Location of the brake fluid input

the brake fluid resivoir is above the master cylinder on the firewall. so on the left side near the windshield. the power steering resivoir is closer to the front end and is distinguished by not being connected to the master cylinder..

My power steering has been leaking on the steering box

Okay, so you have either a pressure line that is leaking, or a bad pump, bad seal, or bad fluid cannister to pump seal. Does it make any noise when turning the wheels? And have you checked and had to fill the resivoir with additional fluid from time to time? The fluid can be washed off the housing, frame rails, driveway, ect, with degreaser and strong water pressure. But, you need to check the cause of the leaking. Overfill? Leaking pressure hose? (there are two) Leaking resivoir to pump? Loose cap?

Noisy Power Steering Pump

I doubt it is the fluid. I would guess more likely that the pump is going bad. If it is making a whining sould all the time or when steering at a stop, the pump is beginning to fail.

Power steering fluid

the power steering resivoir is located onto of the power steering pump, which has a pully driven by the belt(s). the resivoir is small with a cap the unscrews and a mini dipstick attached to the inside of the cap.
