If your pedal is low, you have either got air in the system or lost fluid somehow. Check the brake fluid level, and have the brakes professionally bled. Do a visual inspection to insure there is no "rot" on the lines and have the master cylinder inspected to insure it is not leaking and taking on air.

1998 Saturn Sc2 coupe Only drivers side low beam comes on passenger side off it has no power High beams work How can I fix this?

Find the break in the power wire for the low side. High beam works, ground is good. Low beam works on the other side, so you have power threw the switch and turn signal. Wires usually break close to the plug. Also check the plug for corrosion. White to a greenish color.

Low break pads

They should reset themselves or "go off" by themselves. Its possible you have instead a short or broken wire that was giving you a false indication in the first place

My break lights won't work when my headlights are

you might have the bulbs installed backwards. the bulbs have two elements a low and high. you might be seeing the low when you hit the brakes. if the bulbs are in or wired backwards you would not see the low to high difference if the were in backwards and the lights were on

My ABS light came on in my 99 honda accord what does it mean?

Normally when your abs light comes on, that is referring to your breaks. This could be low break fluid, leak in break hose somewhere, or need breaks checked. Most cars now a days, have a sensor that is part of and hooked up to your breaks, and that will trigger your abs system (which is breaks) and let you know if your pads are low, or to the ware mark. So Here is what you first do, is check your break fluid and make sure that resavor is full, check under car to make sure there is no leaks, under car and inside each wheel area where breaks are, and then next step, is Les Swab can check your breaks for free and let you know if your pads are down to the ware mark. Let me know, Mike

Just had a warning light come on a 2002 Rio. (!) Looked at manual; looks like a warning for low brake fluid. I looked at fluid level and it's at MAX??

Hello,

Sometimes when your light comes on or code comes on, that represents being low on break fluid ,does not always mean that your fluid container is low, it also means you could have a blockage, or a leak somewhere. But more often then not, it usely is a sensor that goes to your breaks, that when pads get worn, or close to warn, there is a sensor that activates your computer and meaning there is a break issue going on. Of course sometimes it is low on fluid, but most the time it is not that. What i would do ( and its free) is hit up a les swab and have them first check all your breaks and break sensors, most likely it will be found there. Thanks Mike
