System must be tested for leak and repaired. The shops use a dye to find the leak. check your yellow pages under automotive air conditioning for shops that can service your air conditioner.

97 Plymouth Breeze won't blow cold air due to freon leak.

Your AC system is a closed system, so the fact you have to put more Freon in, means there is definitely a leak. I would check it out with a mechanic.

Ac is not blowing out cold air. You have to put gages on the system and it shows its has freon.Checked all fuses and relays. The two fans in engingine compartment do not come on when the ac is turned on but does when the engine gets hot. The compressor engages when turned on also.
If the magnetic clutch engages the compressor and still no cold air could be still low in freon or the HVAC unit.

Blower motor not working all the time...if I bang the dash near the glove box, it comes on then works great. Is this the switch assembly, the resistor problem, or should I be replacing the blower motor?

HEY I HAVE AN O4 IMPALA AND I WANTED TO KNOW why is my my a/c blowing hot on the driver side and cold on the passenger side?

I have the same thing happen on my 2002 Impala and 2005 Bonneville. For me, the problem has been the freon is getting low. Check the level and add 6-12 ounces.

If you have seperate temperature controls for driver and passenger, it's possible that there is a problem with one of the actuator doors or the climate control system. But, I'll bet it's the freon level.

If the freon is low, there is a leak. The question will be how slow the leak is, and how difficult it is to find.

2002 chev impala. earlier this month, i had my ac recharged, now the cold air is only blowing out of the vents on the passenger side and hot air air blowing out on the driver side. Why

Your freon is getting low again. I had the same thing happen on my 2002 Impala and my Bonneville. For some reason the driver's side is the first to go. It is NOT the climate control or actuator doors.
If it's been a month, it's fairly slow leak, so you could try some freon with leak stopper (or whatever it's called). Chances are, that won't work and you'll need to find the leak. Mine was the condensor for $200 plus install and freon. Good Luck.

theres probably a leak in your lines or compressor. to check, lift your car, put in a new can and check to see if you hear or see any leaks in the lines or compressor
