Question about 2003 Dodge Neon
Why dont you put a new coolant temp the one for compuetr not for the gauge,this sensor do alot of trouble specially when is cold

There is only the filter in the tank and it is not replaceable. that is probably not your problem. I would take it to a shop for diagnosis since this could be caused by allot of things.
