Why did you replace cam , crank sensor's an the fuel pressure regulator too ? What is or was missing ? fuel or spark ? did you pull a plug wire an check spark . Does the check engine light ,light when the key is turned to the run position ? Do you have a professional type scan tool ? Do diagnostic's ,not guessing an just replacing part's .

Replaced coil pack on 3800 pontiac bonneville and its still missing what now?

First you need to determine what type of miss you have. Is it random on all cylinders, or is it restricted to one or two cylinders? Random misfire can be caused by crank or cam sensors that are starting to give out. Single cylinder misfires can be due to plugs, wires, coils (you already addressed those), as well as internal issues such as burnt or broken valves.

2000 Yukon L'S IT WANT START BUT I HEAR THE PUMP COMING ON CAN U GIVE ME A SOLUTION

If it cranks good but won't start, have a helper crank it, while you visually check for spark at the spark plugs, if you have spark everywhere, use a gage and check fuel pressure. The fuel pump initial prime is one thing, need to be sure pump runs with engine cranking. I haven't looked at your wiring, yet.

Usually if your missing spark and injector pulse, engine cranking, I want to look for rpm signal comes from crank sensor. Don't replace anything without trying to do some testing.

Engine not firing on # 3 cylinder

Spark plug or coil likely problem. Might put a spark plug in the #3 wire and crank it over and see if it sparks. Plug will need to be grounded and someone to watch or crank engine for you. Leave original plug in hole while doing this. If you have a timing light. Attach it to the wire with it plugged to the original spark plug and start engine. If the light flashes the the coil and wire has power. If no light then more likely a coil. Depends on year of auto as well. Most of the newer ones have a coil for each plug. If its a older one... likely a plug or plug wire.

Check engine light is on, engine weak and missing

put a screw driver into the plug that you think is missing get it one forth of an inch away from a good ground and crank the engine over if there is spark try replaceing the plug or plug wire or both, and if there is no spark if that model has a distributor replace the cap and rotor and wires otherwise if it has the coil pack you will have to change the coil pack.

Car Misses after replacing the coils and spark plugs

Has the service engine light come on? If so, have the codes pulled and it will narrow down the cylinder that is causing the problem.
If no service engine light, have you narrowed it down to one cylinder or is it random.
Let me know and we will go from there.
