SOURCE: my brake lights dont work on my 1993 chevy truck

if taillights work but, no brake lights,
there is a little switch on the brake pedal, up under the dash. it's a cheap part at the parts store.
the flasher breaker/relay is a round part that plugs into the fuse panel. easy change

Could be a number of problems. First, check and make sure the bulbs are not blown, that is if the brake lights and tail lights are the same bulbs. If it's not that, check the fuses for the tail lights/driving lights. From there, it could be a problem with the switch or wiring.

1993 chevy silverado parking lamps go of when i turn on headlights, signal lights flicker when i press on brake.

Yes I would look for a ground circuit problem. I would look at the ground wires for the headlights first. Even run a new ground wire for the tail lights to see if it helps.
Could be a ground connection for the body to frame or body to battery.

Tail lights

You most likely have a bare wire under the truck at the rear where gravel stones can hit, that is shorting out on the frame or another wire. If you have an aftermarket trailer plug, that's the first place to look.

if the fuse is in good condition, not blown, check the grounds for the harnesses that feed power to those lights.if the fuse is blown you may have a bad wire causing a short to ground.
