The air fuel mixture is too rich and it simply no longer lights up. This happens because the ECM doesn't realize the engine has warmed up and it keeps pumping extra fuel.
The temperature sensor - or the wiring from it to the ECM - is defective and must be replaced.

1998 Hyundia Tiburon would stop after engine got hot and after cool down would start and run fine. Now after it has been sitting for awhile(7 months) it will not start! (it crankes over good) no gas or no...

It's a sensor. I had one that was cracked. When the car warmed up the heat caused the crack to expand and the sensor wouldn't work. After the car cooled it was fine until it got hot again. The sensor is probably gone for good now. You would need diagnostics or troubleshooting to determine which one. You can get a hand held diagnostic computer for cars. Some auto parts stores check for free. You could see if any does a loan-a-tool.

Ram 1500 239 runs about 8 to 12 miles then backfires and looses power let sit a while and run good for acuople more miles before running bag again

It sounds like your ignition coil is overheating. Once it cools down it will fire properly until it gets hot again. Replace the ignition coil and you should be all set.

1991 Plymouth Acclaim stalls

One of the more common problems with the 2.5L & 2.2L engines that suffered the symptoms your describing, such as, starts & runs good, then at any given time would just quit, not start, but after sitting a while, or by the time the mechanic gets to it, it starts right up, or you sit on the side of the road for 20 min. or half hour then away it goes for a while longer, then quits again down the road. There is a pick-up plate under the distributor cap & rotor, with the wiring plug coming from it. 90% of the time, it's defective, and cuts out especially, but not limited to, more often when weather is hot.

Engine stalls at stop lights and stop signs

check the fuel regulator, while running unplug the red vacumn hose and if gas squirts out the hole, then it is bad,if not then possibly plugged catalytic converters, drive it on the highway if you can, and stop and look underneath at it and if it looks red, then replace them.Check to see if its overheating, usually a really hot hood tells the story.
