SOURCE: door in back cant open from outside and inside

I'm sure VW had a recall to replace door lock mechanisms around that age, check with your dealer. If the door and window on the same door are not working it could be lack of power to that door, check the wiring harness connection is still plugged in and ok on the b pillar (b pillar is the vertical panel between front and rear door), remove rubber gaitor bellows and check connections.

SOURCE: 1997 Lexus front door will not open from outside

unless you are mechanically inclinde don't mess with it get someoen you love and adore to do it for you, you can break the tabs that hold the door on and it can get expensive the worst part is it might not open at all if you don't understand how to operate it unless you have one of the experts here helping you with it step by step, but could take as much as 4 hours depending on your ability to work with your hands. Some people just don't need to own wrenchs they are a danger to themselves and the public at large, not saying they are not smart but just don't have the know how and motor skills. I am telling you this so you won't have a headache on your hands.

Passenger side door latch not engaging

I had the same problem. Unscrew the small screw holding in the backing and move it forward just a little and screw it back, that helped my issue. It only needs a 1mm or so adjustment, go figure. Good luck. And don't forget to keep a screwdriver in the glove box.

Drivers side slider on 2001 Ford Windstar is jammed. How canI get it to open?

The door lock is not working. Operate the remote keypad, the driver's armrest door lock switch, and the overhead switch until you hear the latch work, then open the door. If this approach fails, 10A FUSE 11 in the central junction box may be open or the rear electronic module may have failed. Once you have the door open, apply WD-40 to the mechanical parts of the latch to prevent future problems.

Door will not open using inside or outside door handle

You will need to take the door panel loose from inside and see if the linkage that works the latch has come off and if so put it back on. Most cars have a few screws around the door handle and arm rest you have to take out and then they have clips around the bottom of the door that pop out to get the panel loose.

Need diagram to replace blend door actuator.

I coudn't get a diagram, but i'm very sure that this well detailed solution will definitely be of great help to you:
STEP 1. Open glove box, and push the sides in to drop the box down as far as possible.
STEP 2. You will see a big black plastic box. inside of that box is the blend door, and your heater core (looks like a miniture radiator).
STEP 3 Take a razor knife and on the farthest left side of that box, cut a square hole big enough to get your hand in (only cut 3 sides of the square though so that you can just bend the plastic down out of your way and put it back in place when finished).
STEP 4 Now that it's open, you can see the heater core, but not the blend door. the blend door is located around the back left side of the heater core. reach your right hand in, with your thumb down, so the palm of your hand is facing the passenger side of the truck.
STEP 5 When you reach behind the heater core, you will feel the blend door, and you can swing it open or closed.
If you want your air conditioning to work, open the door all the way. if you want your heat to work, close the door all the way. after you have adjusted the door how you want it, blend the plastic you cut to get your hand in, back to it's normal position and tape it up with some duct or thick masking tape.
unfortunatley you can only have hot or cold doing it this way, but it saves you 1000 dollars and a lot of headaches trying to fix this by pulling the dash.

i hope this helps,take care

I can't manage to find the correct possition/angle

should be from the outside pointing the window down inside the slot to where the window goes in. And make sure all the seals that are on the door are removed and use a cap wedge to hold the opening apart while you install the track assy.

Driver door will not open from inside

Your inside door handle is probably broken. The gear has stripped causing it not to work. Remove the door panel to verify the rod for the inside handle is not moving. .
