They didnt put grease fittings on tie rod ends and ball joints need to try to spray some lube under the rubber boot of these and also up where the top of spring is if it has a shock strut on it might need to be pulled apart and lubed really good or one of htese parts replaced.....

My 2011 Nissan Sentra makes a slight creaking noise whenever I back out of parking spaces by turning the steering wheel to the extreme right or left. Specifically, the noise comes after I start rolling...

is the creaking coming from the front or rear of the vehicle? if its in the front, it could be a bad strut. 2011? the vehicle should be under manuf. warranty. take it into the dealer and they should fix it for free and even put you in rental car if the vehicle has to stay for an extended period of time. make sure you are under 36,000 miles for the manuf. warranty to apply. good luck!

Screeching noise when steering

These are your brake pads letting you know that you only have %10 left. There are little metal tabs that rub on your rotors when your brakes are low and cause a squeeling noise. Just replace your front brakes.

1992 Lincoln continental steering problem

your inner tie rod end either broke at the ball joint or it was not installed properly and came loose from the steering rack. Either way there should have been an issue with the steering prior to the popping noise. If there is power steering fluid there had to be damage to the rack and pinion unit and it will have to be replaced.

Rubbing/squealing noise in front passenger side wheel well

Repeat the experiment and rotate wheels at same time. Might be just coincidence and it is actually a belt. My guess would be power steering.

Squeak and slight vibration heard and felt in steering column at low speeds (Parking lots, etc)

Get a friend to turn wheel back and forth in the garage, get on the ground and use your hands to feel where the noise is coming from. Metal gives off a significant amount of vibrations with noise. Should be easy to tell where it's coming from. Could be your rack and pinion, however I would be much more willing to consider ball joints. Hard to tell without getting "down and dirty" on the floor under the vehicle feeling for the noise.

Could be your steering gearbox, tierod end, rack and pinion piston, low power steering fluid, bad serp belt, ball joints, front struts/mounting hardware.

Also test steering with the entire vehicle on the floor and with the front end off the ground lifted by a few floor jacks lifting on the frame of the vehicle.

Ball joints especially on Ford vehicles tend to squeak after a while (mostly since they are the sealed type) even if they pass a safety inspection.
