For that application best to go to Chilton hand book to find. O'reillys Auto parts and Autozone can look it up for you and give you the specifications by phone.

1.3l. How do I know whether noise is coming from tensioner or tappets?

If it is the belt tensioner you are referring to, remove the belt and start the engine. If the noise goes away it will be the tensioner. If the noise stays, it could be the tappets

What is the torque settings for a mitsubishi colt hiline 2.0i cylinder head?

There is no torque value. Commonly, Head bolts are tightened and then removed in sequence as you step threw 3 values: 23/33/45 ft lbs then the final value is achieved by rotating the bolts 90 degrees so the final value is unknown.

You have to get either a hayes manual or follow a procedure online if you are replacing the head gasket. If you are not replacing the gasket do not "re-torque" the head bolts thinking that you can fix a head gasket leak.

Low oil pressure in a ford sabre 350c marine.

Check oil level in sump. Check for correct viscosity of oil for area and temperature. Have the oil pressure check on a master oil gauge to check oil sender unit. Low oil pressure comes from worn big end/ main bearings---worn hydraulic tappets-- loose head tension and oil leaking from head gasket.

How to measure tappet clearance with dial gauge

When setting tappets, it has to be born inind that the valve stem wears an indentation into the face of the rocker. This prevents a really accurate tappet adjustment, so the customer is right again. If you do not posess a tappet setting dial gauge, a normal engineers dial gauge will do just as well. The procedure is the same as using your feeler gauge except that you set the dial gauge up on the cylinder head with the pointer resting on the head of the rocker. Press down fairly firmly on the rocker valve end and zero the gauge. Next lift up on the rocker and read off the clearance, from the gauge, Use a magnetic base to support your gauge and repeat the pocedure for each valve pair.
