you have to replace the brake pads, and make sure the sensors are connected.
make sure your pads have sensor and are connected properly. if your pads don't have a wire you have pads without sensors and that is why the light stays on.

on the rotors you probably noticed two lines one for the brakes and the other is your traction control magnet which picks up a signal to tell the computer to control the braking system when the wheel locks up in hard braking, you either damaged the magnet or it picked up some metal shaving while replacing the brake pads

this needs to be done with a european capable scan tool,check around to see if someone has this tool, no other way sorry

Abs and dsc are related and with the light on these won't work. It is possible that you need to go back to where the work was done to look this over.

Go back around and check to make sure you didnt accidentally pinch or cut a brake pad sensor. Also the ABS modules on VAG cars are pretty crappy.
