Car was running fine and then just died. try starting it and turns over and runs for a second and dies

Clogged fuel supply?
These symptoms are indicative of such a problem.
Dirty fuel filter.
Clogged or obstructed fuel line.
Low fuel supply.
Debris in tank.
(Were you near empty?).
Obstructed supply pick up in tank? Or broken. This is possible, if pickup was broken, the line is now higher and you could have an 'out of fuel' type symptom, at 1/4 tank.
Good Luck

My 1991 toyota camry dies while Im driving

You must know if the fuel tank, line and filter are cleaned. It is probably because the fuel system is clogged. While you drive the fuel pump is taking the fuel as much as it can from fuel line and some fuel gets past the clog. When the fuel line is totally empty your car dies off. After you wait for some while the fuel has filled the line again and you can drive for a while. Also it can be some other problem, but for that i would need to know how often it happens, after what distance, does it twitches before it stops, it is fading out instantly or like loosing power but the engine doesnt sound to slow down accordingly during some 15 - 20 seconds until dies. There can be many reasons so it would help to know more.

I have a 95 mustang that starts runs for awhile until stop at a light then dies what can cause this I changed the fuel.filter cleaned the throttle body and the mass airflow sensor

what about the idle air control valve, for a 95 they should be adjustable. (some parts have a tiny access hole).then there is the EGR when you running and coming to a stop there are time the pintle doent close on time, you can try do disconnect the line to the EGR just to test it out to see if the fault is there but do not leave disconnected not only is it emission violation but it can make combustion so hot internally as to put a hole in the piston but just to test on coming to a stop sign to see if the problem is EGR related.

91 acclaim v6. starts and runs good, but once its been running for awhile (hour or so), and i turn it off, it doesnt want to start back up, or does and dies. wait 2 hours and it starts right up. recently...

Sounds like either you have a clogged fuel line and or clogged fuel filter or the fuel pump is failing. What happens when the vehicle runs the fuel pump heats up, as it heats up it produces less and less fuel for your car. Eventually ti stops working until its cool again on faulty pumps. Given the age of your vehicle I would say you need to replace both pump and filter.

1985 Toyota pickup 22r non cali emissions ( Drives then dies no fuel in carb)

I had a similar problem and it turned out to be the rubber fuel lines being old and cracked. The hoses would warm up and fuel would squirt out of the cracks. I had to replace three fuel line hoses and it has been running great ever since. Good luck.

Fuel delivery problem

There usually is a strainer in the gas tank. After 23 years, anything is possible. If you have a carburetor, replace it, or have it cleaned. If fuel injected, the big hose from the air filter could be damaged and shifting loose. If the engine doesn't see the right vacuum, it won't work right. Check all the little vacuum lines. Get a vacuum gauge, learn how to use it. Do a fuel flow test to see if your tank is clogged.
