Question about 1994 Toyota Pickup
My 94 truck idles over 2000 rpm at idle. when i press on the brake pedal it surges up and down. Any answers out there. I just had the intake gaskets replaced today but did not fix the problem
I had a simular problem and it was actually low coolant and the radiator was bad.

Hi there, the solution to this may/can be the one-way valve that's located either on the intake manifold or on the brake-booster, to check this valve remove the hose from the intake and when either blowing air through or pulling air through it, it should lock the vacum you creating...oh clean the valve 1st and use your mouth. post again if this dont work.
