Question about 1986 Honda Accord
My car keeps dying out, when, I come to a stop. I gave the car a complete tune up. I gapped the plugs at O.44. Checked all the hoses. Before tune up, it would die before, i came to a complete stop. But after tune up, it runs better, but dies, shortly after stop. I installed a new distributor and rotor, the whole tuneup. Could someone please, give me any idea's. Thank you.
Have you checked you plug wires?? I would also check your idle speed that can cause the car to die. If it is carb. then it may need to get a choke replaced.
