If the engine has not been started, you should be able to drain the transmission pan and then add fresh trans fluid.
If the engine has been started, it will need to be towed to a shop that can drain and flush the torque converter along with the transmission.

1995 Buick Park Avenue when motor gets warm oil pressure starts to drop, no noise in engine, no rattling or knocking the oil pressure just drops what could cause this, oil sending unit/oil pump how can I...

These sending units are known to fail, a replacement is about $25. I had a Bonneville that did the same thing. The only real way to test it is to remove the electronic sending unit and test it with a manual gauge. In my case I had 40 psi of oil pressure with the manual gauge but the dash would read 5-10psi.

I need to replace the oil pan on a 1995 buick park avenue. Will I have to pull the motor out or can I just jack it up?

The easy way to do this is on a car hoist. The engine subframe can be removed quite easily allowing access to the oil pan as long as the engine is supported. If a hoist is not available, the next best way is to lilft the motor out of the car. Hope this helps.

Will be hard to change a transmission filter in a 89 buick park avenue?

the trans filter is internal.raise & support vehicle.fluid is drained by removing transmission pan.this can get messy.trans pan gasket & filter are usually sold as a set.fill W/new fluid through dipstick tube.note that trans will not need as much fluid as is listed in specifications--torque converter will not drain.if you change your own oil;this is the next step.

95 buick park ave power steering pump bolts

I think any dealer would have these on hand; if my memory is working right, these did have to be a specific class and will need to be torqued carefully to avoid stripping the female threads.
