You pop the axles with a long pry bar, just don't pry on the alum trans case.
There is a tool for the end of a large slide hammer if you have one.

How do u unlock the cv axel from transmission on a 2008 buick enclave right side

These are held in place by suspension parts but if these have been removed, then a firm tug on the axle may overcome the spring clips (circlip) inside that hold them in place during assembly.
These are often much stiffer than necessary and are snapped around the parts in a groove.

This procedure should help and step 7. shows this type of clip:

Rear axel removal on a 2006 Ford Escape

If the axles are C-clipped in place, you will have to remove the differential cover to access the clips, which are on the inside of the spider gears.
However, I am just taking a guess, because I cannot see the vehicle you are working on, nor am I familiar with a Ford Escape.

The axle from a jeep 4x4 is broke , both axles, how do i take out the rest of the parts?

The front axel is a two piece assy. remove the 4wd
shift moter from the axel housing. Once the moter
and fork are off , remove outer axel.To remove inner
axel, remove differential cover and let it drain.
There is a C clip on the axel, remove it and work the
axel out through the axel tube.(if it is broken)
To remove the rear axel. Remove diff. cover and drain.
Remove the pinion lock nut(or spring clip) and slide
back pinion shaft. Remove retaining clip from axel
and remove axel. To remove broken piece I use to
use a length of an old whip antenna, to push it out.
If you can find a piece of heavy gauge wire to push
it out.(a plumbers snake may work)Also only have
one axel at a time out of either housing, this will
make it easier to reinstall the axels.
I hope I was of some help. Good luck.

Why can't you get the spring out? Once you get the pin out, Push the axel back in and that should expose yhe c lip.

Super cab, 4.6 liter 4X4. How do I remove the C-clips on the rear axels?

If you turn then gears just right the clips slide out. That clip has a lot of tension on it so be careful once they're out. It pretensions the limited slip.
