If the fan works in the rear and not in the front my solution maybe your issue, if this is not the case disregard. On the passenger side under the dash on the heater/ac ducting there is a cluster of 3 or 4 wires going to a connect that is held in place with two screws, remove the screws and get another one and this should fix your front air blower.

Long time before heater blows warm air

That seems pretty normal, the heater works by blowing excess heat from the engine coolant. So the coolant has to be warmed completely for the heat to work, you can get a heater that plugs into your cigarette lighter that will heat the vehicle instantly.

In my 2002 Town & Country, the a/c does not blow out of the front vents. It is blowing out of the rear vents. Sometimes, as I am driving, all of a sudden it starts blowing out of the front vents.

It sounds like a door actuator is stuck or the actuator is can be diagnosed further with a DRB III scan tool...i hope this helps.

I'm not a mechanic, but that sounds like a heater core might be faulty. I'm not sure if that could be clogged and prevent the fluid from circulating for cooling or not. This is just an idea from a non mechanic, who has replaced one heater core on a different vehicle years ago.

Heater blows only cold air in the front and back of the van

does it have a thermostat in it? It will blow cool air if there isnt one because it will not heat up your coolant to make the heat
