I just replaced the battery in my 2005 Chrysler Crossfire and the engine still will not even turn. Just clicking sounds. Does this battery need to be charged first?

Normally, they are pre-charged at the store. To check, turn on the headlights--they should glow brightly without dimming over a short time. From the symptoms, you have either a bad starter or starter solenoid. You need a test light or meter to make this check--test for power at the starter motor terminal. If the light comes on when the key is turned, the starter motor is defective. If no light, then the high-current contacts in the solenoid are defective. Replacing the defective part should get you running again. Good luck!

Can the 2005 Chrysler Crossfire Limited Coupe automatically turn on the low beam head lamps at night?

No. It has auto lamps.all newer vehicles have them. Some you can turn off. You have to have the light switch in the dash. If it is in the turn signal switch/ column. Your out of luck.

Went to buy an 05 Chrysler Crossfire Convertible from a used car dealer. He was replacing the spring in the key fob. When he tried to start the car, the engine turn over then stop. When tried again nothing...

Try using a code reader to reset the CPU and have him reprogram the key correctly as well. Personally I would not buy a car from this person until he had everything fixed properly.

Chrysler Crossfire will not start

It turns out that the fuel pump relay is the problem and that this (per chrysler) is a common problem with the crossfire.

Periodically the crossfire won't start.

This sounds like one of those interesting problems. What you are going to have to do is find a light bulb type of electrical tester, and a schematic for the wiring on the car (or get a mechanic to do it). When the problem comes up again, you have to find where the power to the module is not coming through a weak connection. It is something that warms up and then breaks connection.
The first thing to do is change the fuses for the engine controls. Fuses are cheap and sometimes they develop a crack that opens when they see a rise in temperature from a heavy electrical load or warm or cold weather changes. Other things that cause problems are the wires that connect to the battery, and splices in those wires which are usually hidden inside a bundle of wires. Also inspect the connectors that hook up to the engine module and make sure the pins are not pulling out from tension in the wires and other defects.
You said it doesn't turn over, so also check the connections at the starter. Sometimes main power is routed through there.
