Question about 1994 Eagle Summit
If it clicks behind the radio right before it kills it's most likely the computer, I'm having the same issue and found a replacement on ebay for $50. This is a commonly known problem for this series of computers, they are known to fail.

On the top side of the throttle body there is a 10mm black cap that covers a hole. In this hole is a large phillips screw, which is the air idle valve.
You can adjust the idle, when hot, up a bit with this. Idle should be about 750-900 rpm.
Also, check the vacuum hoses on the throttle body for cracks.
On older engines the throttle body also gets coated in carbon from the oil breather pipe. There are throttle body aerosols that can clean the worst of this off. If that does not work, then the throttle body should be removed and throroughly cleaned.
