Hi! First, you should disconnect the battery connectors before removing the radio. The radio has 4 screws holding it but its concealed by the trim around the radio. You will need to remove the screws on the center console to gain access to the four screws of the stereo. Please detach plastic trims carefully. Hope this helps and thank you for using FixYa!

Once you removed the screw on the console where the shifter is located it will give you access to the trim around the radio once you removed the plastic.

Is there any problems with removing the rear driveshaft on a Subaru Baja ?

If it is bolted to the transfer case, then no problems. If it sticks inside the case. You can't remove it. Fluid will drain from the case And eventually lock up.

In my 2005 Subaru Baja the car stereo speakers go on/off on the right side of the vehicle. Sometimes just opening and closing the door makes them work. I read somewhere that someone thought is was a air...

Remove the door panel and check the speaker connections on the speaker itself. Also, check the harness that runs through the inner door to the body (when door is open), for a bad connection.

Removing front rotor

When you take off the wheel, you then need to take off the caliper witch is held on by 2 bolts, (may require a special socket) after removing caliper carefully let it hang by brake line. Then the rotor should slide right off.

How to replace low beam bulb on 2004 baja

I was able to locate an owners manual for the vehicle. The large plastic weatherguard protecting the headlight bulb connections needs to be rotated CCW about 90 degrees, and removed to provide access to the bulbs. Then remove the center connection for the low beam and release the spring clip retainer to release the low beam bulb. Replace with new bulb and reconnect/reinstall retainer clip, center connector wire, and weatherguard. Note that this is the procedure for the Turbo Baja...non-Turbo model is different.
