These electric fans are actuated by a sensor that is usually located low on the side of the radiator. Jumping the connector contacts (2 wire) or grounding (one wire) should trigger the fan in most cases. Jump wire power to the fan to test if volt/ohm meter is not available..

Ok when I have my heat fan on my 2006 dodge charger 2.17 it dont run hot but when I turn it off it do our when I turn on the ac it run hot

If the engine is running hot you may be low on coolant. Check this first. If coolant level ok, the rad fan may not be working to cool the engine. If the AC is operational, when you turn it on, the radiator fan should come on telling you the fan motor is ok. You still may have an issue with a fan control related to temperature. This can be caused by a fan relay/wiring/temp sensor/ecm. Make sure the thermostat is functioning properly as well

BLOWER MOTOR ISSUE. OK I DONT KNOW HOW TO DECRIBE IT, BUT WHEN ITS COLD U CAN TURN FAN ON AND IT WORKS FINE TILL IT HEATS UP. THEN IT SLOWLY DIES. IF ITS HOT OUTSIDE IT DONT WORK. UNLESS U GO UNDER...

blower motor is bad , not a hard fix, if it were the switch tapping the moter wouldn't help and the fact it works when cold indicates the motor is the problem

Blower for AC/heat not working on Saab 9-3 ARC

that happened to me there is a i guess u can call it a fan cooler it keeps the fan from overheating and if that blows on a hot day it can mess up your blower moter but if its not workin at all you most likely allready did that for this job the blower moter is located behind the glove box if you not half dumb its a job u can do yourself and save a looooot of money on labor

Rear cooling and heating blower motor does not work

its not in the headliner. its under the side panel in the rear on drivers side. you half to remove the panel on the inside just above the rear tire. since the moter runs sometime i would replace the blower motor resistor first cause these are known for going bad and its in the same area as the blower motor. this resistor controls the fan speeds and if its gone bad the fan dont run right. plus its alot cheaper than blower motor. once you have replaced the resistor you can turn the fan on and see if its a fixya before putting the panel back in place.

2004 gmc canyon fan moter for ac dont work

There is a fuse I would check first if you haven't tried that yet. They had problems with the switches in some of those vehicles. If you could take the control out and unpug then reattach the plug it may start working meaning the switch is bad.
You may have a bad fan motor. Do you have a test light to check for voltage at the motor itself?
Lastly, there is a resistor set that changes from low to high that may have one or more resistors burned out.
