Question about 1999 Chevrolet Silverado 1500
If you have spark and fuel, then the first thing I would check is the timing. If the engine (350 or 305 or 454 or diesel) has an excessive amount of miles, I would check timing, compression, pull the rocker covers off and insure your getting the lift on the valves you need for proper combustion.
