I have a flat on my 1999 land rover discover now that I have all my tools and jack I can't get the lug covers off because I dont have the factory tool kit any suggestions?

wheel nuts are sizes are the same regardless. The sizes will be either SAE --metric --Asian or metric --Europe . So all you need is a flat bladed screw driver -to remove wheel covers and the socket that fits the nut and a strong bar about 24 " long. Being land rover and made by BMW the nuts will be europe metric the sizes will be the odd sizes of 16-18-20 mm

The brake line needs to be replace but don't know what size to get

3/16" Brake line. It can be bought in 3'-5' lengths with fittings or in 25-50' spools. The straight lengths come with fittings. Make sure to purchase the japanese/metric style. This makes a difference in the threads of the fittings.

What size wrench to remove brake calipers

Usually about 9/16. It should be SAE not metric, but if the standard is slightly loose, then you may be best off switching to metric socket.

ARE THE NUTS AND BOLTS ON MY 96 PLYMOUTH VOYAGER METRIC OR SAE, MAINLY THE ENDS OF MY STEEL BRAKE LINES

Most of the vehicle hardware is metric but brake lines could be either. If a 3/8 is too small and a 7/16 is too big then you need a 10mm.

I need to replace the abs sensor on a 1995 Chevy

No way are they 14.5 mm. Try an SAE socket instead of metric. I think you will find that a 9/16 is the correct size.
