SOURCE: 1995 Taurus motor mounts
these are known as cradle bushings. the frame around engine is called the cradle. you can get mounts from ford should just replace these and be fine

here are complete instructions from autozone.com. It doesn't show the clearance, but it does tell you what has to come off to clear.
