Hello: You may have a bad sensor, the sensor is part of the valve steam. To determine which sensor may be bad you will have to have a scanner check your system. Most firestone?goodyear shops can do this or any GM dealer. After repair the system will have to be programed.

I scanned my car but got no codes. Catalyst mon INC, H/D Catalyst n/A, sec air system N/A, Oxygen sens mon INC, Oxygen sens HTR INC, ERG/VVT sys mon INC. any help would be appreciated. thanks

INC means the self tests that the ODB system runs are incomplete. N/A means those systems are not tested on your vehicle. If all codes are reset/cleared, or if the battery has been disconnected, the computer will run all the diagnostic tests to establish that the systems are working properly. In most states, most of these tests must be completed with no trouble codes detected before passing inspection. You will have to run the car through a number of 'drive cycles' to get all the tests completed.

Check TPMS System

ok here is the story of TPMS. tire pressure mon. sys.
first question is, did you read the operators guide yet, it does cover this.
read it. what does it tell you. ????
see page 304 too 314 yet? see Premium system with EVICs
some 2010 have a display (cluster) upgrade that allows you to
see which of 5 tires failed. (yes, 5) and tells you in clear english
like RR bad. or? spare? called EVIC option.

mine dont have this upgraded display. the base system sucks.

forcing me to buy the tool that does that. (on sale this month at all tire racks, get one, now for $20, dirt cheap( $150 normal)
get a CUB-Pro tool. and win.
You then point said tool to each valve core.
and it reads 35psi, (read your door jam sticker) on each and the temp.
on MY left front tire , it reads nothing, because the sensor in the stim
is dead. i buy a new stem for $20 and have walmart put it in.
end story.

there is more to this sordid story, but i stop here,

A 2003 Chevy Impala with low tire pressue signal on

On a Chevy Impala or Monte Carlo with indirect TPMS, a totally different reset procedure is required. You can use the light switch or radio to reset the system. With the light switch procedure, turn the ignition on (engine off), the turn the light switch from OFF to parking lamps three times within five seconds. With the radio technique, turn the ignition on (engine off). With the radio off, hold the DISP button until “SETTINGS” is displayed. Use the SEEK button to scroll down the menu until you see “TIRE MON.” Press the PREV or NEXT buttons until “RESET” is displayed. Then press the DISP button again. You should hear a chime and see “DONE” to indicate the TPMS system has been successfully reset. Use the SEEK button to scroll through the menu until “DONE” is shown, then press DISP once more to exit from the learn mode.
Thank you for using fixya and good luck

Service Stability Sys and Service Brake Asst message

This usually happens when one or more of the wheel speed sensors is not reporting correctly and/or the brake control module has a fault.
First, check your tire pressure, as this can cause this to happen.
Next have the ABS codes scanned. This will tell you more clearly what is happening.

Need to reset my tire pressure monitor, but tire mon is not one of the options coming up under settings....

turn the radio off. Push and hold the center of the dial that changes the station(the big knob). Hold it down for 10 seconds, or until the menu comes up on the radio display. You can scroll through the menu til you find the tire monitor relearn. If you look through your owners manual I think it is in there.
