I have Nissan Altima 2002 its working perfect and nothing wrong with the transmission or any things except i just received check engine code P1574 and 0720 together but no thing wrong with transmission...

This is going to be harder for you due to the fact that you most likely do not have the computer diagnostic tools to properly diagnose the problem. There is good news though. In my experience with this in nissans about 95 percent of the time it's a bad speed sensor. As long as you have a good ohm meter you will be able to test it yourself. If it tests out good then you may need to take it in unless you are able to track down the wring short or problem which in worse case it's the ECM. The P0720 is basically telling the computer to let you know there is a problem and tells the ECM to turn on the MIL (engine light, malfunction indicator light). The P1574 like I said in most cases it's the speed sensor. Below I took some snapshots out of the factory service manual for your vehicle. two of them are a description of the DTC's (diagnostic trouble codes) you pulled from the ECM. The other snapshot is how to test the speed sensor without any real fancy equipment to where you are able to just use an ohm meter to check resistance. If the ranges are off then you need to replace the sensor which if I was a betting man would say that's your problem but always test before you start spending money for nothing. I do have the factory service manual for your vehicle I use for my business, so if there is anything else or you had trouble understanding what I am trying to say, feel free to email me at csautomotivecars@att.net with detailed questions so I am sure to try and send you the information you may need. One major factor with your vehicle is you need special equipment to diagnose a lot of things including this but like I said I have seen this many times and this was the cause and with just some basic tools (ohm meter) you can check that yourself. I hope this helps you and good luck.

2002 Nissan Maxima SE. It pings under a light load and tends to be both at lower speeds and now even on the freeway when there is a light load. When accelerating it's not a problem. I am not getting any...

Your knock sensors might have gone bad, allowing the engine to ping. The knock sensors would usually retart the timing, to stop that pinging. They don't illuminate the check engine light when they go bad, but the code will be stored in the ecm if they're bad. Have your engine codes read to see if that's the problem.

Speed sensor location on a Nissan Maxima 2000 gxe

There are two speed sensors one is called a revolution sensor that is located on the case of the transmission. You can take the driver side wheel off and see the sensor on the top of the case of the transmission. A 10mm bolt is holding it in. Easy fix

Where do I find speed sensors on a 2003 Nissan Murano?

P1574 is the ASCD Vehicle Speed Sensor so it would be relative to your speedo problem.

P0720 is the out put speed sensor, And the sensor is going to be towards the out put shaft to the axle.
Good luck and hope this helps.
