One of the tires has probably gone bad.. The inner cords of the tire are separating.. You can sometimes feel the bulge in the tire by rubbing your hand across the tire.

Steering wheel shacks

There are so many items that can cause this problem. Worn tie rod ends, looseness in the steering gear assembly. Out of balance tire/wheel assemblies. Mud or debris stuck on the inner part of the wheel that you can not see from the outside. Bent wheels. Out of round tires or cupped tires. Hope this give you a jump start on your ploblem.

The steering wheel of my 2003 Toyota Corolla shakes at 75 mph when accelerating and at 30 mph when braking.

hi you have two sprat problems the first is the shaking at acceleration
you need to have front tiers checked and balanced that should fix the shacking.
and now the shacking when braking must likely it is brake rotors are heat damaged
and need be resurfaced or replaced
good luck

What is the problem if the car is shacking in a high speed? My car doesn't vibrate on high speed until i change the the tyres into new ones.

Take the tires back to whoever installed them and have them re-check the balance. vibrations at high speeds are usually a balance issue.

Also make sure all the lug nuts are tight!

have you check the wheels. to see if there balanced right. if you jack it up and grab the top and bottom of the wheel and shack it does it move. that will be bad ball joints..check your tie rods.
