Question about 1995 Oldsmobile Cutlass Ciera
There really isn't a certain mileage necessary for changing the fuel filter.Ever since unleaded gas systems came out,the fuel is so clean that filters are not really an issue like they once were before unleaded gas.If you have fuel flow problems, lack of fuel or too much fuel possible because of a hole in it,but the fuel pump relay somewhat helps fuel control through the PCM according to gas requirements determind by speed and gear. You could call a dealer and they may or may not have a recommendation, but as I said,if there is no issue with your car running,no need to worry. If you want to,you could also read my tips about gas octane readings,it has a little more info, but as far as your issue really not. There is some stuff in there which people do not know and i have found it out by much research, talking to many different mechanics, and more research.I really hope it is a free read as I do not know how this site works from your end but I do see 1-cent credits on my account which has to be from those tips.Good luck!
