2000 Ford Mustang V6 shaking uncontrollably. Most likely culprits, transmission or power steering, but could be something else. Please help!

more detail, please. Does it shake at idle in neutral? If yes, not likely transmission.
Does it shake while sitting still? Only while driving? If while moving, check wheels/tires/brakes.

Front tire on passenger side shakes when i hit a bump at 20mph or higher.

perhaps a leaked out shock absorber....you might see an oily film on the lower half of the shock.....simplest place to start. If not that, then the front end should be checked for worn or broken component

My 2000 jeep grand cherokee wobbles uncontrollably when i apply brakes at speeds of 45 and up.It also does it when i apply the brakes at the same speeds

Check your tires for broken belts. To do this, jack up each wheel and turn the wheel while watching the sidewall sighting across it from the front, for bulges, etc. do the same watching the distance between the tread and the ground. most tires have a small amount of runnout but anything over 1/4" should be looked at more closely.

Front end is swaying/shaking

this is your sway bar...fix it immediately and don't drive it until it's repaired correctly.
