Question about Chrysler Town & Country
The wipers are controlled by the BCM electronic module, more than likely the module is defective, it controls all functions like wipers , power windows locks and security to name a few, the dealer can test the module and verify the signal to shut off wipers is coming into the module from the switch, does this with a specials electronic scanner, this is the only cost effective way to determine which of the many components is causing the problem of the wipers stay on on.
