Really need more facts like mileage, extra maintenence done, body problems and so on.

Here are some low to no cost solutions. Your Battery light- take the car to Autozone or Oreillys or similar and have them do a free scan for your car. It will show what is happening with those parts. Your tire---verify your spare tire is balanced, then switch the spare with a road tire on the car. Go wheel to wheel with good spare until you find the bad wheel.

Car continues to run is an Ignition switch problem. Either wire is on wrong post in Keyswitch or inside Ignition switch is falling apart. Ignition switches run $10 and up.

Doors unglued? Are you talking door panels or rust on outside?
Doors unbolt. Find a good Salvage Yard and get the parts you need. Seen doors for $75 and up used. Lot cheaper than body work. Can get all the parts you need with the right wreck.

I doubt you can replace this with another car for the price of a tire, Ignition switch, Alternator and door. This is the minimum, but you may find problems in another venicle too!

I have an O2 Dodge ram 15102 Wheel Dr., how can I tell if a bearing is going bad in one of my wheels?

You have to jack the vehicle off the ground, then grab each tire at the 12:00 and 6:00 positions. Then as hard as you can try to wiggle the tire up and down. If there is any movement then that wheel bearing needs to be replaced.

My low tire pressure light keeps flashing on my dashboard screen

You need to go to a tire shop to check the tire transmitters. If the transmitters are good, then 1 of your pickup sensors is not reading correctly.

I have a 1995 gmc jimmy 4x4 4.3l and I am having problems with the 4x4 .ok here's what my problem is When ever I switch in 4 lo or 4 hi The 4 hi don't seem to engage And the 4 lo engages and the...

The actuator under the battery runs the engagement of the front Diff .If 4 - wheel low is working and high is not then that is a linkage adjustment problem at the transfer case or a internal problem with in the transfer case not the transmission . Those transfer case are not that expensive from a salavage yard if that ends up being your problem and they are not that hard to change ... Alot easier then the transmission

2006 dodge charger r/t car has been sitting for over 3 1/2 months. Battery went dead and had battery replaced. However speedometer not working, turn signals not working and gas gauge not working. The car...

This is a common problem for chrysler products....I am a level 2 chrysler tech.I dont know when your problem started but I have seen it and had the same type problem.....if it started before you changed the battery or not you have to take it to a dealer and request them to FLASH the vehicle...This means update the PCM.I have done this to all type of chrysler...mostly the 3ooseries,but also charger, town&country vans...etc..sometimes the radio will not work also....However if it happened after the battery replacement the technician may have arked the post or accidently installed it backward...this will sometimes ruin the PCM but you will not know until you have it FLASHED.....Normally if installed wrong you will just blow a fuse or two and it will not damage the PCM....UNLESS THAT HAPPENED AND THEY CHANGED THE FUSE'S AND DIDNT TELL YOU.But that is just a question the dealer will ask you.FLASH the PCM and it should solve your problem.HOWEVER the gauge problem could be a seperate problem in the instrument cluster,This is also another chrysler problem on some...If the FLASH dont solve the gauge problem the instrument cluster needs to be changed.

Tires are eating my cashflow

NASCAR is the only other vehicle that has gone through more tires than you! I feel you frustration.
With properly inflated, balanced and aligned tires there should be no reason why you are going through tires at this rate. I would find a more reputable dealer and/or tire shop. Get a computerized 4-wheel alignment and a warranty on the tires (if you already have not done so).
I would also have your bearings, bushings, tie rods, CVJ's, drive axles, sway bar, complete suspension, and vehicle frame carefully inspected by a more reputable car repair shop.
Tires under warranty are pro-rated based upon mileage, meaning your previous warranties should have covered the cost of the tires or most of it. Any certified Tire Shop would be losing money on you, and should have checked it more closely.
9-year old car with 38K = 2,000 miles per year. Is your vehicle sitting alot? Is it sitting on dirt or gravel alot? If it sits on dirt for a long period of time (3-months) it could cause dry rot
If they can't find the problem, then I would link with this sites': Lemon Law site and pursuit a claim. There is no reason they have been putiing you throught this. Let me know if this helped, or if you have any additional inforamtion, preoblems or questions. Feel free to contact me at!

traction control helps you keep better traction on wet roads and helps you maintain control of the car. no you dont have to have certain tires on the car for the traction control to work. it helps you drive better on wet roads and on snow etc.its built into alot of vehichles these days .

Resetting "service tire monitor" light on 2004 silverado

I have a 2004 Silverado with the same problem.
After scrollng the internet for months and reading every manual I could get my hands on, I found, for me, a quick and easy way. Open the hood, remove the cover to the Underhood Fuse Block on the drivers side of the vehicle near the battery.
If you have the manual for your truck, go to page 5-126 and locate the fuse that says IPC/DIC, it is a 10 amp fuse.
Pull the fuse and start your truck or a few sceonds.
You will notice that nothing on your insterment will work.
Turn engine off and replace fuse.
After I did this, the message did not come back, and started my truck about 15 times to make sure.
It worked for me....good luck to you.
