Question about 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee
Your battery is dead...plain and simple. try to turn on your headlights, if they do NOT come on then its obvious what is wrong. if the dash lights didnt come on then more than likely thats the battery. ultimately you may have to replace the alternator, that could be the cause for your dead battery not being recharged by the alternator while the vehicle is running. get a jump and leave the car running/driving for at least 30 minutes, turn it if the car starts and runs you may have to wait and see if you have the same problem in the near future, if so then it isnt your battery thats the problem, it would be the alternator at that point.
