It has air suspention. You have an air leak somewere in the system. If the leak is not to fast the car should pump the air system up when you start it

check the brake fluid level, if its low, it may be time to check the brakes for wear. As your brakes are used up, the fluid goes down and turns the light on.

Problems with switching gear on a VW Jetta 1998 manual

It sounds like the slave cylinder for the clutch needs to be bled out first (it uses brake fluid) then if this does not help replace the clutch slave cylinder unit before transmission damage ensues. You must bleed out any air in the system after replaceing similar to how brakes are bled in acar with an assistants help.

I just got an oil change on my 95 yukon about two weeks ago and the oil gauge reads low, also the battery guage is low. Any ideas what this could be?

it could be that they put a filter on it that is defective or the oil sending unbit is going bad and battery well that might mean that your battery is going dead and needs to be replaced i would try battery first

Low-beams don't work

Nope - it's the combination switch (the lever-switch on the column) that turns the lights on and off. They're notorious for failure. A new one for a slightly newer car (like my 99 A4) runs $158 at ECS Tuning. Yours will be priced in that neighborhood as well. Removal of the airbag and steering wheel is required for changing it out. You can see a procedure at - click on Resources, then Tech, and choose either interior or electrical tech articles - it's in one of those areas. It's not difficult but it can be unnerving if you're working with an airbag.
