Question about 1999 Saab 9-5
U have a loss of power to the system due to a serious electrical issue, u will not get this solved on the fixya web site, this needs to go to the Audi dealer where they have the proper test gear and factory repair manuals to track this down, there also may be a factory service bulletin on this issue, the dealer can check that easily through the Audi service system computer link.
