Question about Buick LeSabre
First it's best to have an extra pair of hands to help you.
You have to open the trunk first. Then look at what would be the back side of the whole light assembly. There are approx. 8-10 nuts that are attached to the bolts/posts of the rear light assembly. Remove the nuts, lower the trunk lid to about waist high and carefully pull the assembly straight out. Watch that you don't scratch your paint with the posts. Have your helper hold the assembly while you remove the light socket for the bulb you want to replace by turning socket counter clockwise about a quarter turn and pulling straight out. Replace bulb and reverse process

SOURCE: signal bulb on 2003 buick regal
To change front turn signal –
open the hood; look in back of headlight; two white clips; pull straight up, and then whole headlight comes out including turn signal; it is all one unit; remove rubber cover, then you take bulb out of unit. Mechanism that bulb fits in will need to be turned clockwise (looking from the front) and pulled to get it out of the larger unit holding all lights. Be sure and put rubber cover back on before re-inserting the two white clips.

Yes all the wiring needs to be complete. Then all the bulbs must be inserted into sockets. left side marker right side front turn back turn reverse lights brake light everything. Then make sure they all work. The problem could even be a bulb thats on the fritz ready to blow but still on and dim little light. if that's all fine then it's probably your flasher. There are 2 flashers one for turn and one for hazards but I think they are the same but still separate. located under dash on either side of the steering wheel. The flasher closest to the door is up in there pretty far it's size is about like a 2 liter cap and it's silver. good luck

The flasher is located under the dash on the steering column on the left hand side. Pull off the plastic cover and you will see it clipped to the column--left.
