1999 ford econoline e 250 low voltage (7volts) at fuel pump, where is the relay located and how can it be identified?

The fuel pump relay should be near the driver side fender or the battery along with other relays. It should have a dark green and yellow wire that goes to the inertia switch, a red wire that goes to the EEC relay, and two other wires that may be light blue and orange.
The wire that powers the pump goes to the inertia switch then to the pump.

I cant locate the fuel shut off switch on 91 ford econoline 250 super 5.8L

The inertia switch is on either side of the dash near the doors. Look around the emergency brake pedal or around the heater box.
I would check the fuel pump relay and the ECM relay.

Location the fuel reset on the 1999 Ford Econoline and how to reset it.

Look and see if there is a small removable plastic circle on the pasenger side kick panel ( plastic wall where pasengers right foot would hit if tapping the right side). the circle should pop out and allow you to depress teh reset button. Good luck on this.

Where is a fuel pump located on a 1996 ford econoline e150

Like most of Fords commercial range it is mounted inside the fuel tank.
I buy most of my spares from here, they are one of the cheapest places I have found.
