SOURCE: 2003 pontiac bonneville wipers wont shut off

There is a TSB (Technical Service Bulletin) for this problem, consult GM for more info. It simply regards the wiper module cover assembly that has been problem atic in most gm vehicles. Your best bet though would be to remove the cover and look for any signs of moisture intrusion, or broken circuts. If you find a broken circut and are handy with a solidering iron, you may be able to fix this problem. If there is any evidence of moisture, you may want to try to dry the unit out and see if that makes any difference. Normally though this problem ends in replacinjg the complete wiper module cover assembly. Here is where that item is located.

SOURCE: replace horn fuse in fuse panel of 1992 pontiac bonneville

Your fuse box is located on the driver side under the dash board. Up above where your brake and gas pedal are located. There should be a plastic cover that can be snapped off to reveal all of your fuses and on the inside of this plastic cover there should be a diagram of the fuses that are in use.

I am replacing the Water pump and cant get the tension off the drive belt on my 2003 Pontiac Bonneville 3.8 L

You have a spring loaded belt tensioner on the serpentine belt. If it loads on top of belt you need to unload it by raising it upwards or if it loads under belt you need to lower it. It either has a square hole in it that will fit a 3/8 or 1/2 ratchet or breaker bar or it will have a hex head that you can use a socket or box wrench.

****My car sounds like there a little dog barking.****

they are most likely correct in it being a water pump or a pulley( which are the circles the drive belt spins to run your accessories such as power steering, your alternator, etc.; the water pump will probably run around 75 to 175 dollars and it shouldn't take long to remove and replace it so labor shouldn't be too high.. hope it helps
