Installed a circulation heater in a 2003 Highlander, now very little heat in the cab

is there a check valve in the kit? I would have thought the flow would be to the heater core ,otherwise the core won't get hot water.

Heater is blowing cold air. I have a chevy 2001 silverado extended cab, long wheel base. what could cause this?

My truck had the same issue and from I have read, it is pretty common. I just felt the heater hoses under the hood. If there is one hot and one cold, with the engine running and the heater set to maximum, rapidly squeeze and release the hot hose for about fifteen seconds.I just did this to my truck and it "Burped" the heater core. I got instant LAVA HOT air!! I hope this helps.

Check the front passenger side carpet and make sure it is dry. If it is wet, the heater core up under the dash is leaking, which is why you smell it in the cab.

Heater will not get hot just warm even after new thermostate

It could be that your heater control valve is not opening all the way or you may have a clogged heater core.

1999 chevy truck, blows cool air only, changed thermostat, and both hoses from heater core are getting hot. What else could be the problem? Could it be a problem with the cold/hot switch?

There is a temp door, actuator motor, that has gone out,it is located,on the bottom,of the blower box,in the center, near the hump, under dash, kinda to the drivers side.

2003 Ford F250, the heater does not blow hot air

check the heater temp. control pot under the hood, inline on one of your heater hoses, it may be sticking causing hot water to only get to your heater core when the engine is at high r.p.m.s

Antifreeze smell in cab, blows warm air not hot

It sounds like you have a leaking heater core. Look for a wet spot on the carpet. There is a slight chance the smell is coming from inside the engine compartment. There could be a small leak from a hose in the engine compartment.
