Check to see if a fuse is blown. If it is,replace it with the proper amperage fuse.If it is not the problem, check to see if the blower motor is getting power. You can do this by removing the blower motor, getting a couple of jumper wires and hooking them up to a power source and see if the motor spins. If it does not spin, replace the blower motor. If it does spin, then check the fusible link, the wires themselves or the tempurature control switch.

2004 Saturn Vue blower motor quit working

A mechanic would check for voltage at the blower relay or the blower motor, then at the resistor. The power comes from the relay, thru the blower switch, then to the resistor, then the motor.
The resistor can burn a wire inside causing an open circuit which can be tested with a volt-ohm meter.

The blower motor should be two wires. Backprobe and find out which is power and which is ground and bench test it. You could have a bad blower but it sounds more like a defective speed resister.

2003 F 550 blower fan quite how do I change it

If it's the blower motor, the vacuum pump has to be moved out of the way(10 mm bolts) . There are three or four 8mm bolts holding the motor in place. make sure you have power and ground to blower motor before replacing.
