Where is bank 2 sensor 2 on a 2015 Ford Taurus SHO

It's the 3rd one back from the front of the car. Bank 2 is actually the front bank. Bank 2 sensor 1 is on the exhaust pipe that connects to the front exhaust manifold. After the sensor comes the catalytic converter. After the converter is sensor 2, the one you asked about. The other two sensors are before and after the bank 1 converter, which is farther back than tbe bank 1 converter.

Last time. I have Ford focus 2003 sedan dohc 2L. I lost a part from exhaust system. from back to front I see 1. tail pipe 2. rectangular box shaped part? Lunch Box? 3. missing part Muffler?

Starting from the front, coming off the exhaust manifold should have, 1. Exhaust pipe, 2. Catalytic converter, 3. Exhaust pipe, 4. Resonator, 5. Tail pipe. Also, there should be an Oxygen sensor somewhere around the catalytic converter.

When replacing a automatic transaxle on 2006 Mazda how do I Mach up torque converter to the driveplate

The torque converter will set back into the transmission housing. When you put it on the front shaft you have to turn it and wiggle it and push it in toward the rear of that housing. As you spin it it will drop back what feels like two times and there will be almost no clearance in the bell housing between them. So when you put it back up to the engine, the torque converter will spin free and be away from your flywheel flex plate. Then you can spin it to align to where it bolts. If you are bolting up tansmission and the torque converter does not spin freely you will ruin the front pump. I would also change the seal in the front for the converter because leaving the old one may leak. (Put a little grease on it does'nt let new seal run dry on initial start)

IS THERE 2 CADILAC CONVERTERS ON A 2002 CHEVY TRAILBLAZER LT 4by4 If so could it be possible to move the back one to the front and front to back. The front converter went out tight on funds so for a quik...

They are both necessary so swapping them will achieve nothing. If there is no O2 sensor on the rear one they will be on the front one . Cat converters do not go out . They break up and block the exhaust so if it appears that it is not working check the HO2 and O2 sensors for operation.

If your mechanic is using Direct Fit catalyctic converters the average cost on this repair is 800 to 1000 dollars and labor between 180 and 360 and that is for the front y pipe section.

How can i get bmw 323i convertible top down manualy

If your top is electric then you will need to release the front cowl motors at the center point of the trim in front of the rear view mirror(small access plug needs to be removed and allen key inserted to drive unit.) You also need to pull the release handle under the back seat bottom(driver's side) The release handle detaches the drive units for the storage lid cover and the convertible top drive. Once the motors are released, the front of the top must be lifted approximately 6 inches and the pressure against the rear of the top will relax. raise the rear bow, open the storage lid, lower the rear bow and push the front of the top up and toward the back of the car. The top should fold into the storage area. Once in, close the storage lid until it clicks.

I need to know which way is the back and which is the front of the cadalac converter for A 1994 chevy S10 pick up

The converter only goes on one way. the flange is to the front, unless you are using a johnjohn2_137.jpguniversal converter, this would be one that slides onto the exhaust pipe on each side, here are pictures of the converters the direct fit and universal. if you have the one with the same hole size on both ends which i think you do or you wouldnt ask which way then it doesnt matter which way it goes, as long as the exhaust flow through it ,hope this is helpful.johnjohn2_138.jpg

The process of replacing front seal in automatic transmission in an 89 ford bronco II 4x4

You will need to remove the transmission. Disconnect the battery. Remove the starter. You may have to remove or drop the exhaust from the exhaust manifolds to clear the tranny . Remove the front and rear drive lines. disconnect the transmission fluid lines at the transmission. Remove the lower inspection cover that will expose the torque converter and the flex plate or flywheel. Rotate the converter and remove the bolts that secure it to the flex plate. Disconnect the linkage to the transmission and the transfer case and pull it up and out of the way. Remove the rear transmission mount and bolts and crossbrace the mount is secured too. Be sure to support the the transmission before removing the transmission mount. Place a transmission jack under the transmission and secure it to the jack with a chain or nylon ratchet strap. remove the remaining bell housing bolts and pull back on the tranny gently and you will need to lower it as you roll it back to clear the input shaft. Be sure to not let the converter fall out the front as you lower the tranny. When you have it clear from the vehicle you can remove the converter. Then you can use a seal remover or a flat bladed screwdriver to pierce the edge of the seal and gently remove the old seal. Install the new seal and install in the reverse order you removed everything. You might want to drain the torque converter before you lower the tranny.(YOU WILL SEE A PLUG ON THE CONVERTER THAT YOU CAN REMOVE TO DRAIN IT) It will make it much lighter to manipulate. Also when you place the converter back onto the input shaft be sure to seat the converter. It will slide on then you must rotate the converter to to get it to line up with the front pump coupler and it will seat the rest of the way. If you do not do this you will ruin the front pump when you start the vehicle. And be sure to refill the tranny when you start it again. You will loose around 5 quarts when you drain theconverter. This is a simple process for an experienced person, but not for a beginner. If you need help ask. Don't do what you don't know how to accomplish. You have your personal safety to consider here. You will need quite a few tools also. Good luck. I hope this helps give you some type of guidance.

Catalytic converters

If you are going to change the convertors I would just replace the first one closest to the engine. But when a computer code says "bank" they usually are refuring to the Oxygen sensor that is there , they are classified as bank 1 and bank 2. 1 being closest to the engine and 2 being farther down the exhaust. If its a computer code that told you bank 1 you might need to look at your oxygen sensor instead of your catalitic converter.
