Question about 1999 Ford Explorer
Could have a seized brake caliper perhaps? Easy fix for the DIYer. however if it is a bad caliper you should fix it quick before it warps your rotor, also a clogged brake hose is usually the culprit for seizing the caliper so if it is seized you should change that too.
