if you can see your wiper motor, there is a black panel were the wires hook up to it, remove the three torx head screws unplug and pull out the wiper module. thats your relay and they are replaced a bunch, the've had a lot of problems with these modules.

Bottom of engine on passangers side of vehicle. youll need a 15 millimeter socket and extension on a 3/8 drive for two bolts holding in place. make sure to diconnect the battery if you dont want sparks from the "hot" wire.

The BCM is located immediately above the heater controls inside the dash on my 2004 Astro. I know it controls the headlights and locks but not gauges. Haynes says the gauge fuse supplies it power....but I'm not going to bank on that one.
