The car is a 1994 Chevy Blazer. I looked but did not see a location for a courtesy fuse unless I just did not see it.

open the doors right and left there may be 2 locations and on the sides of dash there should be a panel that pops out and possibly a 3rd fuse box under drivers hush panel under drivers dash with a single screw that a panel folds down very common for multiple fuse box locations,do you have a owners manual in the glove box?this would tell you these locations

Will it hurt to replace the 20 amp fuse in my cigarette liter to a 25 amp it keeps blowing fuses

I am wondering if the fuse blows instantly or whether it lasts a while?

Fuse ratings for cars are usually mean or average values so a 20 amp fuse needs roughly 40 amps to cause it to instantly fail. I have not heard of a cigarette lighter needing that much current so I guess there is a fault that should be located and cured before you have a fire.
Maybe it is the element that is faulty...

I think fitting a 25 amp fuse would be slightly foolish...

I try to find cigarette filter to replace the filter because my cigarette lighter doesn't work ( Toyota Camary LE 2000). I couldn't find it Thank you Somsak

Do you mean that you are looking for the fuse? The fuse for the cigarette lighter is located in the fuse block under the left side of the dash. it is marked "CIG". It is a 15 Amp fuse

NOTE: This fuse also powers your clock, air bag sensor assembly, remote control mirror switch and your shift lock. If this fuse is blown, you will also have problems with these items.

Your vehicle is also equipped with an auxilliary power outlet (Which looks the same as the cigarette lighter socket) it is powered by the fuse marked "*1" If this fuse is blown, only the power outlet will not work. This also is a 15 Amp fuse. (See picture below)

For 1998 VW Passat V6 the fuse box is located on the left side of dashboard behind a plastic cover (for left hand steering wheel vehicle). On inner face of the plastic cover you will find the fuse diagram.
The cigarette lighter fuse for 1998 VW Passat V6 is placed in the fuse box / relay plate fascia 1, (driver's door open). See pictures below:

Hello your fuse panel is located left of the drivers knee area or in the glove compartment.Ounce you have located your fuse panel you will need to locate fuse for cigarette liter your fuse panel has a numbered diagram detailing each fetus. When you have located your lighter fuse and remove it be sure to replace that fuse with the same amp for example 15amp or 20amp.

Fuse blown which fuse is for cigarette lighters in the car

The fuse panel or fuse block, may be in the glove box.
Each fuse that you see is described to be for one or more circuits, and the amp rateings of each fuse in the circuit,is on the fuse itself. On Olds cars the Cigar liter is a 20 amp, and for that circuit only! It will be labled near the fuse. Pul it out and look at it if the fuse looks burned replace it, if it looks good, check both sides of it with a test lite, with ignition on! Both sides should have Battery voltage!

I am looking for the location of the power outlet and cigarette lighter fuses and their amp rating in a 2001 camry. Is there some diagram that shows all the fuse locations along with their amp rating.

Take the coin box out. There is diagram for the fuse of CIG lighter. 15 AMP small fuse. you might have replacement fuse under the hood(engine compartment, main fuse box where you will also find fuse removal tool)
