Question about 2002 Ford F150 Regular Cab
Might want to check the IAC ( Idle Ait Controller ), which is mounted to the back of the throttle body with 2 8 mm ( 7? ) head screws.
You will need to remove the plastic throttle body cover to see it.
It could be it is gummed up too bad to open for starting, and no air is making it into the throttle body.
The other reason could be the fuel pump relay is bad ( swap with one of the trailer tow adapter relays ) or the fuel inertia switch is triggered.
