92 Toyota headlights stay on/ truck is off. replaced the headlight relay switch. relay is hot when the lights not on. I've been removing the + wire on battery when I park .what else can I do?

The control side of headlamp control relay, terminals 2 and 1. Terminal 2 is voltage, terminal 1 is ground. With light control switch off, there should be no ground. You can check ground by using test light connected to battery voltage, touch the number one terminal, light control switch off, If the light comes on, the circuit is going to ground. Could be problem with wiring circuit or it might go to ground through the dimmer switch or light control switch. You could disconnect switches to try to narrow down the problem. I can only help with testing. You see the main fl fuse, if you pull that fuse, it should kill the system.

Eps light is on

First thing to eliminate is a weak battery. Have it checked because if the battery is failing to hold charge or is down on power it will trigger the EPS light on your Swift. ( Many vehicle batteries will only last 3-4 years before giving trouble). If in doubt replace the battery with a new one.
Otherwise, if the light remains on, you will need to have the vehicle scanned to see what fault codes the engine's computer is generating and take it from there. With the EPS warning displayed, there will be fault codes generated.

1989 buick park avenue battery wont stay charged

A possibility is an ignition fuse has blown when the radio was removed. Does the battery light light up when the ignition is turned on. The alternator needs that light to energise and charge, (without it you just run the battery flat), failing that charge the battery, connect an amp meter in series, with every thing switched off, should have a reading of about 0.5 amps (Time clock). If above 2amp that is what is draining the battery. Watch meter and pull fuses one at a time, when the reading drops, that is the circuit/equipment that's causing the trouble.

Suzuki swift sidelight wont work

It is not clear whether only one lamp is out or more than one. If none of the marker lights are working, check 15A fuse 15 in the junction block. If OK, turn the lighting switch to park to close the light relay. If no results, the light relay or the lighting switch is defective

My 2002 ford ranger running lights and instrument panel dont work

12V power passes through 15A fuse 33 (the one that keeps blowing?) in the battery junction box and on to the main light switch. When the main light switch is set to PARK, 12 volts is routed via the BRN lead to the park filaments of the dual park/turn lamps. These lights remain on when the headlight switch is turned to HEAD.

The main light switch gets its 12V input from 7.5A fuse 11 in the central junction box and the same 15A fuse (33) identified above. When the main light switch is set to PARK, 12 volts is routed via the BRN lead to the instrument panel dimming module and module output is applied to the panel illuminating lamps. These lights remain on when the headlight switch is turned to HEAD.

The input to fuse 33 is hot all the time so should read 12V. If you read 12V at the TAN/WHT connection with the fuse out, something is definitely not right. I'm sure you have noted that the fuse is common to the non-functioning circuits you mentioned.

I have a 2004 Ford Taurus whose parking lights will not turn off. Sometimes they just go off eventually, sometimes the battery has to die in order for them to turn off. How do I fix this?

Sounds like the light switch is not always switching off. Try getting at the back of the switch and figure out which wire goes to the park lights (probably one of the smaller wires, you can possibly identify the colour of the wire by removing the tail light cover and seeing which wire goes to the park light globe). Once you identify the wire switch the lights off (I assume the rogue park lights stay on) disconnect the wire. If the park lights go off, the fault almost certainly lies with the light switch. If the rogue park lights remain on then power is getting to the park light wires after the switch. You could try to find where the park light wires are touching live wires ( a difficult job) or cut the old wires off at the switch and the park lights and run new wires from the switch to the park lights.

Parking brake light comes on while driving battery

your parking brake has a switch. when you push your pedal it activates the switch .if your pedal is slack it would let the switch turn on without you even touching the pedal.
battery light going on and off while your driving would usually indicate that your alternator is not charging properly. or loose battery cable.

try disconnecting the battery for 5 minutes, also make sure the system has a full charge, a low refridgerent charge will trigger this blinking light.
